5 years Her Choice: beating the drum for child marriage-free communities!

From 1 to 3 December we will organise an online event:  ‘5 years Her Choice: beating the drum for child marriage-free communities!’ The event is composed of various plenary sessions, workshops and bonus sessions. All plenary sessions will be interpreted (English – French and French – English). A sneak preview to the programme can be found below. Day 1: Tuesday 1 December
08.30 – 14.00 CET – Her Choice partners only

  • Plenary opening session
  • Presentation End-line Study + validation per country in break out rooms
  • 2 workshops: visualisation tools (eng/fr) + advocacy (eng)
  • Bonus sessions: more stories (in breakout rooms)

 

Day 2: Wednesday 2 December
08.30 – 14.00 CET – open for all participants (except 2 workshops)

  • Plenary opening session
  • 3 parallel sessions:o Change makers of the future: youth-led session (only for girls/boys invited + the partners assisting them; parts of this session will be shared with other participants after the session )
    o Avance-session on external End of Term Evaluation (only for Her Choice Partners)
    o Visualisation tools (accessible for all participants)
  • Workshops (3 parallel workshops)
  • Bonus sessions: more stories (in breakout rooms)

 

Day 3: Thursday 3 December
08.30 – 14.00 CET – open for all participants

  • Plenary opening session
  • Achievements of Her Choice: Presentation findings and conclusions of the End-line Study by UvA
  • Workshops (2 rounds of workshops; each round has 3 workshops)
  • Plenary closing session
  • Bonus sessions: more stories (in breakout rooms)
